This heavy bag is awesome!! The material seems very durable and is soft & smooth but extremely dense! It comes pre filled and fully assembled straight from the box. It only comes with just the filled heavy bag and straps and carabiner. But for $110 it definitely seems the best bag for your buck on Amazon that I could see!!
