Delivery was prompt. The bag was well packaged and came in it's own protective cloth bag. The leather is good quality and it is put together really well. The colour is superb. The handle clip over to keep them together is stitched on so you can't lose it. I can get loads of stuff in it, enough I reckon for a week away.This bag is well worth the money. I am very, very pleased with it. I would recommend this bag and the company that sells it.
